Yeah. Superman doesn't kill. And I'm like. Actually, I think they made the point that he had no choice. Like, you know what I mean? But I didn't like that he snapped his neck because he needed to kill him. By Superman means not by. They were fighting me. Kryptonian. So, like, yeah, laser him. He can't. Like, the sun's supposed to heal. And, like, he should have done something more Superman. He kills on. You know, I actually really liked man of Steel. I thought. Okay. Yep. I thought it was great little trilogy. Really, really great. I know. And then they were like, we're gonna do Batman v Superman. Fantastic. No, I disagree because they made one mist. They won. They made one big. Well, they made a couple big mistakes. 1. Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. Likes a mistake. Lex Luthor. The Lex Luthor I like is the Justice League. Lex. Where he's fit. Clancy Brown voicing him authoris. Oh, it's amazing. Clancy Brown And. And. But Lex was fit. He, like. He knows he needs to be strong. Sure. I mean. And then he builds a robot suit. Yeah. I understand. He had. Used to have hair. Yeah. Someone made a mistake. Chubby. In the man of Steel comics in the. In the 90s. Sorry. 80s. But. Yeah, but I like. I like Justice League version of him. I don't like version of him. But okay, fine. Whatever. Batman needed to just win. Batman needed to beat Superman. And with the spear to his neck, say, this is the moment you will never forget the moment I defeated you. And then he throws the spear away and offers him his hand. But he didn't think he was human. That's the point. But that's bad writing. I don't think it is. Because. Why are they fighting Existential threat for no reason. It wasn't for no reason. Yes, it was. He'd been manipulated into thinking that Superman was on the precipice of essentially a human genocide because he had already destroyed Wayne Tower in his fight with Zod. He'd already killed employees of his, and he didn't want someone to go through the same bereavement that he experienced as a kid. Yes, but what. It's what was supposed like that ruins Batman's character. He's not dumb. He's smarter than Lex. He's not supposed to be manipulated in that way. Batman is so mentally strong, it's hard for telepaths sometimes. That's why I love Batman. It's not the case when he has suffered significant bereavement. Like, for example, the original ending in the killing joke. He kills Joker because he's been driven mad, because Obregord's been shot, because. And then in the original ending of A Death of the Family, he went to kill Joker. It's just that Joker was like an Iranian ambassador and blooms off. To be fair, there are so many different iterations of Batman and Joker and Superman. I'm just saying, if they wanted to nail the modern character that is great is that he is mentally strong. And that the famous line from the comics when he defeats Superman and says, let this be a moment you never forget. Yeah, you defeated you. My hand at your right. Yes. And then he throws the spear aside. And then when Superman's like, what was the point of all this? He's like, so then.
