For our tears and our pain, we should not have to hide it. And it does make other people uncomfortable. And the reason it can make other people uncomfortable is because they're not comfortable with their own pain. Right. And they have. And so they can't sit with ours. So they are saying things like they're in a better place, or everything happens for a reason, or God needed another angel. Those are horrible things to say to a griever. The best thing you can do is, if you can't, if you can tolerate it, is to sit by their side and let them feel their pain without trying to take it away from them. That is so healing. But if you can't, there we can talk about other things you can do. Yeah, but. But because only if you go through feeling and living your pain is that you can truly start healing. Yeah. I was so scared. I mean, I realized since this has all happened, I have realized that the reason I even became a therapist 30 years ago is because I was so scared of emotional pain. You know, my mother was severely depressed when I was a child, and that was really hard. I was very. I had a lot of depression as a young adult, and it was always something I had to kind of push away or get rid of or help other people. And really, the path to freedom is learning that you can feel all the feelings. And if you just let yourself feel them, they will not take you over. They will not carry you away. It will actually set you free. And that's a big part of what I teach in the book, is how to allow yourself to feel what wants to be felt in a healthy way. Yeah. Conel suyo Ianton says decimos aurores como por alguest pasalascosas nosotros. Buenos necessita angel elahente.
