Some babies diagnosed with peanut allergies may not actually have them, according to new research. Murdoch Children's Research Institute in Australia did a study that concluded a little more than one third of infants who once tested positive were actually found not to have an allergic reaction when given a slow increase of doses of peanuts. They tested 800 infants around 13 months old, all of whom had previously been diagnosed as allergic. And it turned out that they could actually handle those peanuts.
