To break out of that pretty girl box. Right. And so would you say this role gave you range to do so, to show more range? You know, I think it's definitely a character that I haven't played before. And for me, you know, there. There is what there was on the page, and then there was me determining, okay, how do I want to make her live and breathe, what do I want her essence to be, what do I want her energy to be, what do I want her passion and desire to be? And figuring out all of that, and then also being very intentional that she's so much different than Jack's. So that when you get them together, you feel that these are just very much two different women who are walking the path they're walking. And then. And then I think the. The complexities come in with stuff that they had already written, which is what's going on with her family and what's going on with her life, and as she's trying to navigate being a caregiver and. Yeah, and so, you know, Brandy, who's on the show as well, she, in real life is a caregiver to her mother. And so it was really. We had a lot of conversations where different things were going on in her life at that time. And so even pulling from that. And then I had some stuff going on. Oh, I don't want to give it away, because I don't. That hasn't happened yet. But, yeah, so I had some stuff going on in. In my own life, not with my mom, but with my aunt. And just I was able to kind of pull from all these different things and really understand what that is and what that experience is like. And in some ways, that can take over your entire life. You know, it can affect everything that you do that you do. Even the things that you're passionate about, you almost become less passionate about because you're dealing with real life things at home. You know, like Jess said, do you have to make sure that you watch the roles that you choose now because you don't want to be in that box? Do you? How do you break out the pretty girl box? That's what I'm saying. Waking up ugly. I think it's just about choosing, as you were saying, things that are different than. Than what I was able to do before, you know, and now it's just having the opportunity to do that, because in the past, a lot of times, certain things I would want to go in for, and they just wouldn't see me. You know, they were like, well, I don't think she's really right for this. And I'm like, you don't know if I'm right for this because you've only seen me do one thing, and I can't show you the things that I'm right for unless I have an opportunity to do other things, you know? And so it's really interesting because my 40s have been really about choosing things that make me happy, that challenge me. The weight was worth it. Positive affirmations and all the hard work. The keys to your dream home from the vision board has been secured. I see you. A whole new future awaits your planning. From top notch decor but on a budget to the late night backyard floor.
