Five degrees. Well, condensation guys. Drip, drip, drip, drip, drip. So everyone's attics has so much mold, right? Like everyone's. The homes are built so bad. Also they use flexible ducting Here in Texas. I'd never heard of flexible ducting. You don't have rigid metal, solid sheet metal, mechanical, easy to clean. You can clean it. If you try to clean the flexible duct, the rotor rips it open and now you're, you can't even duct clean it anymore. Arizona, a lot of people moved to the desert being like, haha, I'm getting away from mold. I see some of the most mold toxicity in Arizona. Why? Two reasons. Number one, all that desert sand used to be underwater, so that there's ancient mold in that desert sand. Then you get the haboobs that blow through the what? It's called a haboob. It's a dust storm. Okay. I think Sydney Sweeney had some of that. But also because the relative humidity is only like 20% outside, it's so dry that you have no exposure to it all. So you get a little bit of a leak and then you have this huge flare up. So some of the most like the functional medicine doctors that we work with that specialize in mold. Arizona is actually a hotbed. Not because it's in the outdoor air, but because you have this cool moist box inside a dry area and you have a home, it still leaks. What about the besta? Where have you been? That's typically. Because I think about the UK and you're right on the building material thing. The uk at the very least, our homes are built out of brick as opposed to wood. And then cavity insulation with organic material that while it's being built, it gets rained on and then it gets heated and then it gets rained on and it gets heated and you've basically baked in wet organic material into the skeleton of your, of your house. And that's now next to all of this like fibrous insulation. And now who knows what's going to happen. So where's the best, the best air I've ever breathed was Costa Rican rainforest. Very good. Okay. Vancouver island, very good. Also I had my carbon dioxide detector out there and it was like 10% less than the rest of the world in the rainforest. That's why when you walk by trees, even like here on Ladybird Lake, like as soon as you go under with the trees, you like feel that cool freshness because like they're breathing on you. So it's like a localized air filtration system. Do you ever see those studies done that people who grew up like pumpkins, like prize winning pumpkins and watermelons and different plants and stuff like that, they said that singing to the plants caused them to grow more effectively. And then people realized if they did a study, it was.
